Ivy is a graduate of the Sir Sandford Fleming College of Applied Arts and Technology Massage Therapy Program of 2003 and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2004. Ivy has extensive clinical experience in treating soft tissue and joint dysfunction and is dedicated to learning new ways to help her clients, such as incorporating dynamic cupping for pain reduction and instruction on foam rolling techniques for stretching tight tissues. Ivy’s main goal is to inspire health and well-being and encourages her clients to actively participate in their wellness and recovery plan.
